There is more behind a Nuflow repair than what you see on site.

Nuflow develops and manufactures its pipe relining products in Australia, with research, testing and production working together under one roof.

Why does that matter when it is your pipe being repaired?

It means the materials used by your local Nuflow team are backed by decades of development and can be designed around the conditions our homes, businesses and infrastructure face locally.

It also gives Nuflow greater control over how products are developed and tested, with Australian-made solutions backed by a manufacturer guarantee of up to 50 years.

So while your service is delivered locally, there is a much bigger team and manufacturing capability supporting what goes underground.

Australian-made innovation, delivered by your local Nuflow team. ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บ

When you manage a property, "the pipe has been fixed" is not always enough information. ๐Ÿข

Property and strata managers often need to understand what was found, what work was completed and what condition the asset is now in.

Clear inspection footage and repair records can make that conversation much easier.

They can help when reporting back to owners, comittees or other stakeholders, while also creating a clearer record for future maintenance planning.

What happens underground should not have to be a mystery.

Project Spotlight | Eagle Farm TAFE

Ongoing flooding at Eagle Farm TAFE was being caused by ageing stormwater infrastructure, severe tree root intrusion and buried manholes that were difficult to access.

The team at Nuflow Brisbane North was brought in to investigate the network and develop a solution with minimal disruption to the active campus.

The works included:

๐Ÿ”น Cleaning and inspecting the existing stormwater lines
๐Ÿ”นLocating and raising buried manholes for future access
๐Ÿ”น Providing a condition report on the existing network
๐Ÿ”น Rehabilitating damaged sections using Nuflow and UV lining systems
๐Ÿ”น Completing the project without major excavation across the site

One of the biggest challenges was a mahole that had become inaccessible after part of a building was constructed above it. Rather than excavating around the structure, the team cleared the obstruction internally and created a lining solution that connected the existing stormwater lines.

The result was a restored stormwater system with far less disruption to staff, students and surrounding services.

Smarter rehabilitation can help solve complex infrastructure prolems without creating bigger ones above ground.

Trusted by engineers, councils, and facility managers nationwide.

Because doing the job well also means doing it safely. ๐Ÿ’š

What is sitting above your damaged pipe? ๐Ÿก

A driveway? Garden? Building? Commercial floor? Shared strata area?

When damaged pipes run underneath areas you would rather not excavate, trenchless rehabilitation may provide another way to repair the problem from within.

Depending on the pipe and its condition, Nuflow solutions can help reduce the need to disturb:

๐Ÿ”น Driveways and paved areas
๐Ÿ”น Gardens and landscaping
๐Ÿ”น Buildings and internal floors
๐Ÿ”น Commercial and strata properties
๐Ÿ”น Stormwater infrastructure

Before assuming everything above the pipe needs to come up, speak with us about the available repair options.

Did you know star pickets can cause hidden stormwater damage around new homes?

During landscaping, fencing or driveway works, star pickets are often driven into the ground close to underground stormwater lines.

In some cases, they can pierce the pipe without the damage obvious straight away.

The problem may only become noticeable later, when the pipe starts leaking into the surrounding ground or stormwater drainage begins to behave differently.

Because the damage is underground, it can be difficult to know exactly what has happened without inspecting the pipe internally.

If a stormwater issue appears after recent landscaping or external works, your local Nuflow team can investigate the line and help identify what is happening below the surface.

๐Ÿ” The length of the damage can change the entire repair plan.

A single crack or failed joint may only need a targeted repair, while damage extending through a longer section of pipe may call for sectional or full-length relining.

The right approach depends on how much of the pipe is affected and whether the surrounding sections are still in good condition.

Notice recurring blockages, unusual smells or slow drainage? Act early. The longer damage is left, the more complex the repair may become. Speak with your local Nuflow team before the problem spreads.

๐Ÿ”ง Project Spotlight | School Road Bus Depot, Rochedale

Following fire damage to underground conduit infrastructure at a busy bus depot, the team at Nuflow Brisbane South, Ipswich & Logan delivered a tailored trenchless rehabilitation solution designed to minimise disruption and avoid major excavation.

The project included:

๐Ÿ”น 10 conduits rehabilitated
๐Ÿ”น 77.7 metres of lining installed
๐Ÿ”น Work completed within a live operational depot
๐Ÿ”น A solution developed for the site's heat-damaged conditions
๐Ÿ”น Careful planning and coordination across every stage

By renewing the conduits from within, the team helped protect critical infrastructure while reducing the impact on daily operations, surrounding assets and the wider site.

A strong example of how the right rehabilitation approach can deliver a practical long-term outcome in a complex working environment.
