Part 1 – Left Side: 40 metres of asbestos fencing was safely removed and replaced with new Colorbond fencing, significantly enhancing the overall appearance and appeal of the backyard. The selected colour, Evening Haze, complements the surrounding greenery beautifully, creating a modern and visually appealing finish.

A full backyard makeover in progress with a brand-new fence to tie the entire project together. With the yard featuring a natural slope, plinths were installed to follow the contour of the land, ensuring a practical solution while maintaining a clean and professional finish.

This project was completed in a calm and enjoyable environment, with natural surroundings that made for a pleasant work setting. The existing partially completed Colorbond installation, along with a damaged Hardie fence, was removed and replaced with a new 1.8m high Colorbond fence. The installation involved a combination of core-drilling into limestone blocks and setting posts into the ground, ensuring a secure and durable finish.

The existing low, cracked, and non-private asbestos fencing was carefully removed and replaced with new 2.1-metre-high Colorbond fencing. This upgrade significantly enhances privacy, improves safety, and restores the overall visual appeal of the property. At the client’s request, the front of the property was enclosed using a Vogue modular wall system to create a striking architectural feature that enhances the overall street presence and visual appeal of the home. The design incorporates a combination of full panels and aluminium slats to the front section, ensuring compliance with all relevant council regulations.

The client requested the replacement of the existing timber fence with Colorbond fencing, installed at 2.1m in height along the pool side to meet council compliance requirements and 1.8m along the rear boundary. All posts were core-drilled to a depth of 600mm and set using construction-grade grout to ensure maximum structural integrity and long-term stability.
The project was completed to a high standard, delivering an excellent finish. Client satisfaction remains my top priority.
