EMERGENCY HOT WATER LEAK!!
We had an emergency hot water leak to attend, we removed the old unit off site and replaced with a new Thermann 250L 3.6Kw as the old unit was 14years old we replaced all valves with lagging for unit to run more efficiently.

EMERGENCY water leak located and repaired, client had an increase in water rates but was unable to find any signs of water leaking. They contacted us and we were able to locate and fix leak and a concealed leak form for client.

Stormwater drainage blocked by tree roots from a yard pit that had been covered over making perfect access for the nearby trees. deleted pit and cleared drain.
