Another Successful Shutdown – Congratulations Team! 👏
A huge congratulations to our SMS shutdown crew for delivering another safe, efficient and high-quality shutdown. Shutdowns of this scale come together through strong teamwork, dedication and communication and this team truly delivered.

In her first shutdown with us, Giovana made an immediate impact. A quick learner with exceptional attention to detail, she consistently put her hand up for new tasks and approached every challenge with enthusiasm and commitment.
⭐ Mathieu Savelli – “Be Reliable, Be There When Needed”
Mathieu continues to grow with every shutdown. Always willing to learn, ask questions, and support his teammates, he has become a dependable and steady presence on site.
⭐ Hohepa Hirama – “Embrace the Spirit & Support the Village”
Hohepa demonstrated outstanding leadership, supporting his crew, guiding work safely, and contributing to a strong, collaborative team culture.
⭐ Dallas Rage – “Find Better Ways, Don’t Be Scared of Change”
New to mining and already making a strong impression. Dallas showed great communication skills, accurate paperwork, and a proactive mindset, embracing new ways of working with confidence.
