BMS / Mechanical Electrical Supervisor
Electrical Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Electrical Tradesperson who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a supervisory role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, confident in forecasting and problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you’re eager to lead, develop your skills, and be part of a supportive team, we want to hear from you.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you successfully transition into the role and build your leadership capabilities

You will be able to:
· Understand mechanical, electrical, and BMS systems
· Read and interpret electrical drawings
· Schedule equipment and resources
· Meet project deadlines
· Attend project and site meetings
· Identify and solve problems efficiently
· Develop quotes and variations
· Ensure installations meet trade-quality standards
· Liaise with builders and other trades
· Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
· Communicate clearly with team members and directors
· Efficiently run teams of tradesman
Requirements:
· Proven experience in the mechanical, electrical, and BMS field
