Apparently “team player” has limits 😂
Dan saw the camera and chose survival.

Grand Final week next week calls for the important questions…

We put the team on the spot with a very serious debate:

Pie or sausage roll?

What are you choosing?

“Just stopping by one site, then I’ll head into the office…” — famous last words

One phone call turns into three site visits, five problems and somehow it’s the end of the day. Just another day for a Construction Manager 🏗️📞

Caught Off-Site: Episode 3 🏠

Today’s debate: Colorbond or tiled roof?

We managed to catch a few of the construction team, pulled our colour consultant into the chaos too… and apparently some people were far too busy to participate 😂

No warning. No prep. Just strong opinions.

So what are you choosing — Colorbond or tiles? 👇

The childcare centre is really starting to come together, with the internal framing now giving us a much clearer picture of how each space will flow.

From plans on paper to walls you can actually walk through — this is the stage where the build starts feeling real.

Big month. Big BBQ. Strong opinions. 😂

We wrapped up an incredible month at Unique with the team and asked one very important question… What’s your ideal build type?

Safe to say, everyone has a favourite. 👀

18 years later and apparently I’m still collecting job titles 😂

A little bit of marketing, a little bit of admin, a little bit of chaos… and somehow it all gets done.

At this point, I’m less “one role” and more “full-service department.”

Can you believe this is a rooming house? 👀🏡

Forget what you thought a rooming house looked like.

Private spaces, modern finishes, generous shared areas and a design that actually feels like home all while being purpose-built with the investment in mind.

Rooming houses have come a long way… would you have guessed?

19/08/2026

So the rooming house saga begins… 🧛‍♀️🏠

The site guys escaped us today, so Gabby found Steph instead 😂

This time we’re inside one of our newly completed rooming houses, putting our draftee on the spot about the design, layout and all the little details that go into making these homes work.

Would you live in a rooming house like this?
