That’s a massive win for the Metro Cool team!

Delivering a full Mech/Elec package for two large school buildings is no small feat—especially with the complexity of a Mitsubishi Electric heat recovery VRF system.

With 41 indoor units and 8 HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) units, those buildings are going to have some incredibly efficient climate control and air quality

Key highlights of that setup:

• Heat Recovery VRF: Allows for simultaneous heating and cooling in different zones, which is perfect for schools where one classroom might be sweltering while another is chilled

• HRV Integration: Essential for modern school standards to ensure a constant flow of fresh air while recovering energy from the exhaust air

Great work to the team for getting that sorted so quickly.

Losing over 100kg of refrigerant is a massive leak, so pulling off a same-day repair and recharge in Geelong is a serious win for the client’s stock and the environment.

It was a long day on the tools, but definitely a job well done!
