Due to a shortage of staff and a large amount of work from our major clients, we will unfortunately not be able to attend to any new work requests over the next month or so.
This is an unfortunate situation and not something we want to make a habit of.

With the easing of restrictions coming up fast, we would like to thank our clients who have patiently waited for up to 3 months while we have operated under the current Covid safe settings.

As we begin to take bookings, please note that we have a backlog of 3 months worth of work and everyone wanting to have it done as soon as possible. This is obviously not possible and we will be implementing a first in first served approach.
Over the next 2 weeks we will be reaching out to follow up with clients and confirm bookings.

Unfortunately this approach is not going to satisfy everyone but we are going to do our absolute best.

Note: All our staff are vaccinated and will follow correct Covid safe requirements when in your home.

Some great news for clients looking to upgrade their old gas systems to reverse cycle, and we're here to help with the process!

Old heating systems aren't cost effective to run. They're also costly to replace.

And that means some Victorians with the lowest incomes are stuck with unnecessarily high power bills.

That's not fair - so we're making a change.

Starting this week, we're offering $1,000 rebates to support low-income households replace their old heaters with energy-efficient reverse-cycle systems, to warm homes in winter and cool in summer.

Eligible households will also be able to get an additional $200 if they need to cap their old gas heater or $500 if they need to upgrade their switchboard.

By replacing old and outdated, inefficient and unsafe heaters, we're improving the cost of living for thousands of Victorians round the state.

And at the same time, we're reducing greenhouse gas emissions and making our homes more environmentally friendly.

Cheaper bills, cutting emissions. I reckon that's something we can all get behind.
