Wish the sky was blue! 🥁 screed waterproofing to come for these 2 bathrooms. Waterproofing on a surface with graded fall is important for an area to function properly and is often overlooked. These substrates will never see a drop of water but will give everyone peace of mind knowing it’s been waterproofed.

Waterproof perimeter and substrate ✅
Engineered screed shower base ✅
Waterproof engineered screed and allowed to cure ✅
Flood test 24 hours ✅
Tile perimeter and shower base ✅
Install semi frameless shower screen

Great job by the team over at our Carey bay job. Ardex wpm 300, ardex 1000 sheet membrane and 155 membrane around all perimeters and penetrations.
