At UEX, our service goes beyond installation - we monitor your system daily for any drops in solar production.

Regular maintenance ensures peak efficiency, maximises energy output, and protects your investment by identifying potential hazards like damaged wiring or panels.

We recommend cleaning your panels annually, depending on factors like location, climate, and panel type, as dust, pollen, tree debris and bird droppings can reduce efficiency and cause damage. Bird droppings are also acidic and can corrode the panels and roof.

Our maintenance service includes full panel cleaning, a visual inspection for damage, thermal imaging, and a complete electrical check of the inverter, cables, and components.

As always, we were able to deliver a system that met the exact needs of our client, and this is because we know the most important step of designing a system for you to meet your wants and needs, is the initial site inspection.

Not only does this allow us to get eyes on your site to consider and note all factors (shading, switchboards, locations etc), it also allows us to meet with you, to understand what it is you need, and so we can explain in person and in detail what it is you need to achieve your goals and to get the most out of your solar investment.

We prefer to do in person site visits but can absolutely arrange for zoom calls as well where you are able to walk us through your site using your phone.

Solar is an investment, and you deserve the time to ask all the questions you need, and to fully understand what you’re investing in, and this all starts with that first inti step of a site visit.
