PROJECT SHOWCASE
Bank of Us Corporate Head Office Fitout

Working within Launceston’s St Luke's Building, our team transformed a vacant base-build shell into a premium, light-filled Corporate Head Office for Bank of Us—expertly crafted to support flexible, modern ways of working.

Undertaken under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model, the scope featured an exposed-services design aesthetic, custom integrated joinery, acoustic ceilings, and optimised northern glazing.

Delivered within an occupied multi-story building, the project achieved a smooth handover with zero disruption to neighbouring tenants. Thank you to Bank of Us for the opportunity to partner on this project, congratulations to ARTAS Architects, and to our talented team and subcontractors for bringing it to fruition so successfully.

🏁 The Mission
On average, men die 6 years earlier than women. Most of these reasons are preventable, yet the number of men suffering in silence continues to grow.

This Sunday, 17 May, Cameron Wadley and Darren Vos are taking part in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride. It’s more than just an excuse to wear a suit and ride cool old-school motorcycles—it’s a global movement to fund prostate cancer research and su***de prevention through Movember.

How You Can Help
We are looking for your support. This Sunday, trade in your hard hat for an open face helmet… or contribute a donation to their fundraising page. Your support makes a tangible difference in men’s mental and physical health.

Let’s help the men in our lives live the long lives they deserve.

PROJECT SHOWCASE
Lillian Martin United AgeWell

Our Southern Construction business successfully completed the Lillian Martin Redevelopment for United AgeWell, transforming a 36-bed facility into a 61-bed modern residential aged care home.

The extensive scope featured modern accommodation and dementia-friendly lounges, new activity areas, two servery areas, an upgraded commercial kitchen and laundry, a central courtyard, a new entry, and a 37-space car park, alongside essential infrastructure such as a substation upgrade, fire tanks, and replacement ancillary buildings.

We are proud to have delivered a facility built for longevity and resident comfort. A huge congratulations to our project team, subcontractors and Marchese Partners. Thank you to our valued client, United AgeWell, for another successful collaboration in Southern Tasmania.

The future of aeromedical care in Tasmania just hit the runway. Construction has officially begun on a state-of-the-art Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) facility at Launceston Airport.

This isn't just a building; it’s a critical upgrade for rural and remote communities, ensuring that life-saving care is never out of reach - from the central state to the Bass Strait islands.

Our northern staff enjoyed a great walkthrough of the newly opened Northern Suburbs Recreation Hub in Mowbray this past Thursday.

Big congratulations to Leigh, Col, Nigel, Glenn, and the whole crew. Their dedication has brought Tasmania's largest multi-purpose indoor community sports and recreation facility to life! We also appreciate organising the post-tour bite to eat; it was a chance for the team to catch up, hear from our leaders, and meet and greet.
