A dated and overcrowded balcony in Port Melbourne got a fresh new look with a decent tile refresh.

We cleared the clutter, removed the old stained tiles, and laid down new matte dark grey ones with clean caulking and sealing—turning it into a perfect space for relaxing or having friends over!

This Williamstown balcony was looking a bit tired, with cracked tiles causing leaks, so we gave it a decent tile refresh to fix the problem.

We removed the old, damaged tiles, laid down new matte dark grey ones, and finished with clean caulking and sealing to make it weather-ready—perfect for relaxing or a quiet evening outside!
