One of the most challenging projects we’ve delivered to date has now been successfully completed at Riverplace Apartments, 82 Boundary Street, Brisbane.
This complex live-environment project involved the complete replacement of the building hot water pipework and associated building works.

Key Project Stats;
✔️ 40 levels
✔️ 320 occupied apartments
✔️ 100+ concrete scans & core holes
✔️ 500+ ceiling access hatches
✔️ 5+ kilometres of stainless steel pipework installed

Working within a live and sound-sensitive residential environment while maintaining access and minimising disruption for hundreds of residents required meticulous planning (first time using the power of AI), communication and teamwork. The result was a successful hot water replacement project delivered safely, professionally and with minimal impact to residents.

Big projects often come with big challenges — and this one was no exception.

We’ve successfully delivered a brand-new Main Switchboard (MSB) room in the basement of a busy shopping centre, all while keeping power live to Woolworths and multiple specialty retailers throughout the works ⚡️

To make it happen, our team:
• Excavated beneath an existing structural floor slab
• Installed engineered retention systems to support the structure above
• Delivered full waterproofing to protect the new below-ground asset
• Carefully staged and coordinated works to maintain uninterrupted power to trading tenants

Complex planning, precision ex*****on, and zero disruption to customers — exactly how critical infrastructure should be delivered.

What a great way to wrap up the year!
