We’re incredibly grateful to The Butcher at Arnold’s for generously donating the sausages for our Out of the Shadows Walk 🌭

On Thursday, 10 September, the WSP team will be walking 9km to raise awareness and funds for Lifeline and su***de prevention.

Everyone is welcome to join us. Bring your family, friends, kids, partners and even the dog! You don’t have to walk the full 9km either. Come along for part of the walk, stop for a chat, grab a sausage in bread or simply be there to support the cause 💙🧡

🌭 We’ll have a BBQ available on the day, and if you wish, a gold coin donation would be greatly appreciated. Every dollar raised will go directly to Lifeline. 💙🧡

OUT OF THE SHADOWS WALK 💙🧡

For the third year, the Wade Smith Plumbing team is taking part in the Out of the Shadows Walk, raising awareness and funds for su***de prevention and supporting the incredible work of Lifeline.

This is a cause that means a lot to our team. We know how important it is to keep the conversation around mental health going, check in on our mates and continue breaking down the stigma around asking for help.

This year, we’ve set ourselves our biggest goal yet — raising $20,000 for Lifeline! 💙

We’d love to see our team, families, friends, local businesses and the wider community come along and walk beside us.

🔥 FUNDRAISER BBQ – SUNDAY 9 AUGUST 🔥

The Wade Smith Plumbing team will be firing up the BBQ at Arnold's Wodonga to kick off our fundraising campaign for our annual Out of the Shadows Walk.

This is our third year participating in the walk and raising funds for Lifeline. This cause is one that's close to our hearts. Every dollar raised helps support su***de prevention, raise awareness, and encourage important conversations around mental health.

🚨 NOW HIRING – FRONT OFFICE ADMIN (FULL-TIME) 🚨

We're looking for our next Front Office Admin to join the Wade Smith Plumbing team!

This is a fast-paced role where you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, support our trades and office team, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:
• Be the first point of contact for clients and the team
• Answer calls, manage enquiries and schedule jobs
• Coordinate bookings using ServiceM8 (experience is a bonus!)
• General administration including emails, banking, mail and data entry
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and our plumbing team
• Support managers and staff with day-to-day tasks
• Keep the office organised and jobs moving

👷‍♀️ We’re looking for someone who:
• Has admin experience (trade or service industry experience is an advantage)
• Knows the pace of a busy plumbing/construction business
• Thrives in a busy environment and can juggle multiple tasks
• Has excellent attention to detail (because the small stuff matters)
• Communicates confidently with clients and tradies
• Is a team player who brings positive energy to the office
• Is eager to learn and grow (if you don’t already speak “plumbing”, you will soon 😄)
• Holds a current driver’s licence
