Recent water leak that we repaired under a common driveway. found this one extra tricky to pin point due to the mount of water in the ground yet somehow still was spot on.
Thanks to & for the assist with the machine and truck.
The hose tap line that was the cause of the leak was terminated due to other hose taps in close proximity. The line was repaired quickly and the driveway pressure cleaned to prep for concrete to be re poured.

Swapped out 2 x internal heavy duty gas systems today that were 20years old.
This office building is fit out with solar panels so we decided to eliminate the gas supply and install these 2 behemoth commercial electric units to produce the same hot water output. The 315L commercial thermann unit from has 6x6kW elements in each unit. Needless to say there won’t be any shortage of hot water.

What started out as a pit grate upgrade quickly escalated into a major job.
We removed the old grate that was buckled and dangerously close to falling in the pit, and quickly found the existing pit riser was collapsed basically non existent.
We installed a new 600x600 GRC pit riser to the existing base and installed a new larger class D pit grate to allow easier access and sit nicely on the concrete under the bitumen. The surrounds were repaired with more bitumen and what started as a small repair turned into a long Tuesday!

Last job done before we head over to Thailand 🇹🇭 for a two week break!
This commercial kitchen has had no hot water for the past 12 months and with it closing doors in the next 12months for redevelopment they didn’t want to fork out for a full new commercial system.

We installed the Thermann 50L commercial unit with 3 elements to suit the demand and get hot water back to the essential parts of the kitchen (pre rinse tap, dishwasher and cleaning hose) to keep them running for the last few months!
Electricians will be in next week to connect the 3 phase power and then it’s all guns blazing!!
