Neat re-clad project, using classic smooth 200 from

Scope of work.
- Strip old old cladding and remove asbestos.
- Make frame modifications, install entrance door.
- Insulate walls, install termite and weather protection barriers.
- Make good of electrical works, new sub-mains and circuit breakers.
- Interior lonings, cladding and trim work, new eaves with new fascia and capping.

Another Ekodeck project that has finished up superb, the deck makes the area much more inviting and Ekodeck's castellated panelling really sets it off giving the clients 100% privacy screen protection in style, a new sliding door was also installed here which aways elevates the space.

Pushing towards lock up a few weeks ago on my Kiama Downs project. Reusing the terracotta tiles was a challenge but has been worth the effort, we are using linea board cladding to keep the aesthetic of the building style.
