Using left over timber from other deck constructions, this small back deck was extended to create a more accessible entry to laundry.

Another mini bathroom fix-up which came up a treat. Had to build a metal frame false floor over existing rotted floor and attach frame to steel under beams of house. Layed new tiled floor on metal frame, re-plastered hole in wall and re-tiled over and installed a new vanity.

What a transformation upon completion of this deck. Lucky for the occupants of this staff residence at Oasis Olives, they now have this brand new outdoor space to enjoy.

We are a month in on this project at Oasis Olives in Telopea Downs near the Victoria/South Australian border already having converted a large bare shed to an alfresco area for the staff and a couple of decks are well into construction. More photos to follow upon completion.

Once we determined the best spot to install the new garden shed, the ground was leveled out for the placement of the 12 concrete pavers. All hands on deck then to assemble the shed panels and bolt them to the pavers. The final product being a brand new garden shed to be put to great use for storage by the learning centre.

Todays challenge was to measure up to create an enclosure around this pool pump. The post digger was put to work to get the treated pine round poles set in concrete. This project is still work in progress due to very limited supply of materials in town but expect the final product to be worth the wait.

remove old stairs and handrails from decking and replace with new ones.

Out with the timber and in with the new being stainless steel wire balustrading on this back verandah and stairs. Certainly a low maintenance option as the stainless steel wire is fade resistant, will not rust and the upkeep is minimal. Also added a feature panel coming out the back door for the customer's privacy.
