We put the new Lamtrac through its paces today down at Wilson’s Prom National Park.

Super impressed, nothing could stop it and it didn’t jam the head once all day. It’s mulched through this dense tea tree and wattle like it was nothing.

Looking forward to adding this to our business in the next couple of weeks. We have some nice jobs lined up for it already.

Lamtrac 6160T
200hp
6000 PSI pump pressure for some serious mulching.

We will also have a disc mulcher for those jobs that don’t require that nice groomed finish. They are a 30% faster at clearing smaller vegetation.

5 months ago this was covered in thick dense coastal tea trees before we mulch it. Good to nature doing its thing.

Even though it cost’s me half a house to drive here now, you soon forget about when you work in a place like this.

If anyone is looking for a bit of casual work until June we have a position available.

We have a project at Wilson’s Prom and I require someone to be onsite with me as a spotter.

I’m not there every day but on average it’s 2 to 3 days a week.

If this suits you or you know someone who might be interested let me know.

Some aerial shot’s taken by Parks staff took of a section we mulched at Oberon Bay Wilsons Prom.

This was approximately 5 hectares done in 4 days with two machines.

Not a bad place to work either.

Over in Geelong today working for our great customer W**d Needs mulching Box Thorns on a site that’s going to be developed.

In 20 minutes and this long run of large Thorns were gone.

We are looking for a casual employee to be a spotter when we are working down at Wilson’s Prom. We have a large job mulching tea tree down there which should go to Christmas.

A spotters role is to keep eye public away from the worksite, point out to operator any dangerous hazards and protected vegetation.

This is a role suited for someone who doesn’t need to work everyday and has the ability to be flexible with the days they can work.

For an idea of days worked down there this is the last 4 weeks.
5 days, 3,days, 4days, 2 days.

Must have own car to get to work site, there will be days we can provide a lift from Leongatha.

HR license would be bonus and would increase pay rate.

Another big day down at the Prom.

Come October there will be a planned burn to burn all this mulch, the aim is to bring back all the natural grass lands.
