Different_Breed_Designz Contemporary maori art and wood craft/ carving, made to order. Together we make a great team and our love for art/woodworking reflects in our work.

Different_Breed_Designz is the outcome of our encouraging friends and family to take our hobby to the next level. Soloman Uerata is our artist and carver who is self taught, after influence from his grandfather he fell in love with carving and the love of bringing wood to life has spurred his work for the last 11 years. Shaylene Gage-brown is our business woman who isn't too shabby with power tools and a paint brush.

Oh my god this order was nuts 😵‍💫 We had just over a month to complete three 21st keys for an amazing family. Dad and the young ones were working as much as they could in the shed to be able to produce these amazing finished products 🥰
They are home now and we're working on the next ones 😊

The raffle you have all been waiting for is finally here!

Kia ora whanau! I'm Jayde, Soloman Uerata's eldest daughter ☺ from Different_Breed_Designz. We are so excited to see which one of you is going to be the lucky winner and give this piece a home ❤️

The way this will work is, for every ticket you buy your name will be put into a random generator and a recording of the generator choosing the winner will be posted and you will be tagged to claim your prize!

Cost - $25 per ticket
Date winner is drawn - 1st of December
