Adding a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and laundry to create a self contained unit under the house!

These ones are popular and it’s not hard to see why! It’s a very cost effective way to add lots of value and extra living space!

It’s been a hot minute since we’ve posted on the grid… about 6 months to be exact 🤯 but a lot has been happening behind the scenes so we thought we would fill you in…

1. Life got super busy and our social media extraordinaire (no naming names 😅) shifted focus, so our socials have been lacking - we apologise for keeping you in the dark! That’s not to say that we’ve slowed down in any other areas! As a matter of fact… it’s been so busy that we made the decision to postpone the Camp Hill KDRB for 6 months so that will commence in August.

2. We finished up the Berrimilla project - This project was stunning and we hope to share more finished images soon!

3. Another beautiful loft and bathroom Reno in Spring Hill came to an end late 2025.

4. A very exciting and much anticipated Wellington Point project kicked off late November. This is a renovation and extension of a beautiful character home - one of the original farm houses. We absolutely cannot wait to share this project with you.

5. We took a brief Christmas break and enjoyed time with family to then kick the year off by moving house and Cunningham Constructions QLD. Our home of 12+ years and one of our earliest projects has sold and we are settled into our new place!

6. Wynnum Granny flat has recently been completed and handed over. Another project that deserves a spot on the grid - coming soon.

7. This year, we’ve steamed ahead and kicked off the new year with our Fairfield and Narangba projects.

There have been many bathrooms, extensions, decks and fit outs along the way which we have not had a chance to share but it’s been a wonderful end to 2025 and a mega start to 2026.

We will do our best to be more present on socials and bring you long for the ride. But in the mean time… here are some photo updates and a song that will surely get stuck in your head!

It’s all very exciting when your project gets out of the ground and it starts to take shape but the work that goes into getting to this point can be lengthy, exhausting and sometimes very stressful!
