This small shack in Toukley is about to be transformed into a dream four-bedroom family home through a full remodel and extension, including a new kitchen, laundry, bathroom, ensuite, open living and dining, and alfresco. Render shows the vision, followed by the current state of the home — where it all begins. None of it would be possible without the groundwork from Geoff , who helped structure and secure the finance in a tough lending climate. We’re now collaborating with Strategic Brokers to help clients get their funding in place early so projects can actually move forward — because every build starts with getting the numbers right, and in this economic climate you need a bit of a magician on your side.
