Another troublemaker removed 🦊🔥

If you don’t know, most of our foxes are taken within 45 minutes of Mundijong.

These aren't wide-open paddocks with nothing around them either. Most are in built-up areas with livestock, houses, roads, and plenty of things to be mindful of.

That’s what makes the job challenging — and why good planning, safe shooting positions, and the right gear are so important.

Scope: Nocpix Bolt H50R 👌🏼

• 50mm lens
• 640×512 @ 12µm sensor
• Built-in LRF & Ballistic Calculator
• Around $4,799 from Hunt The Night 💰

A lot of scope for the money and perfect for these real-world fox jobs.

We love a challenge.

Real jobs. Real results.

Great work by Robert Borsak MLC of the Shooters Fishers and Farmers Party seeking out this information. around suppressors. Just today I submitted about a 1000 pages to NCAT. I am aware of some discussions about this matter but will see what comes out of it. There is a lot people doing a lot of work in the background around this subject.

On 3rd June, 2026, SFF Leader Robert Borsak moved a Standing Order ...

As I’ve said before, give us the tools to control the population of feral pigs, that doesn’t mean a bolt action where you fire the first shot and the mob scatter, only getting 1-2 pigs, it means a semi auto where you have fast follow up shots where your continual sight alignment isn’t broken by manually having to cycle the action and you can take maximum numbers in a single encounter. This is what’s needed in my view.

What’s your thoughts?

After an extended dry spell, farmers across inland NSW are reporting significant damage to their paddocks by feral pigs seeking food.

CENTRAL WEST:
FERAL PIG CONTROLS ARE FAILING AND COSTING FARMERS MILLIONS IN LOST PRODUCTION.
After the recent dry spell, farmers in the Central and Far west are reporting significant damage to their paddocks due to increased feral pig activity.

There are around 20 million feral pigs roaming Australia according the the Invasive Species Council.

A cattle farmer at Oberon says he's already had nine hectares of land destroyed in a matter of days.

A spokesperson for the LLS said in a statement that feral pig movements had become more pronounced in the region. And around 1,400 pigs had been culled in recent weeks.

Since July 2023, the state government has spent $40.4m on its Feral Pig and Pest Program, including aerial culls, trapping and baiting programs. However, the Invasive Species Council says these measures are not working.

Jack Gough, CEO of the Invasive Species Council said, "The NSW pig program is a textbook example of how not to do feral animal control".

"That's because it's ad hoc, it's thinly spread across the landscape, it's short term funding cycles (and) there's no real strategy behind it."
