Another job completed with the steve and the boys from new brick bbq area ready for a stone bench top. Brick planter box and a nice new brick seat. Add the crazy paving. Wow when the greenery grows this area is going to be a backyard grillers paradise.

Fresh new look for 30 year old paving ready for a home wedding. Sections pulled up and relaid, joints cleaned out and refilled with cement/ sand mix. Bring on another 30 years.

Hi friends,

It seems like someone has gotten up on the wrong side of their bed this morning and decided to go around and create some problems.

I have received both of those reviews within 24 hours and have not ever heard of either of those people. We checked our records and can’t find anyone by those names.

As you all know, I work hard and pride myself on communication and quality work. The very few times a customer wasn’t happy with my work, I rectified the situation until I reached full client satisfaction. You can tell by the rest of my reviews, that these two are not the norm.

I am still just one person doing everything and sometimes that means I can’t do everyone’s job and I most certainly can’t do jobs with a week’s notice. I get that this might be disappointing for some but I have created a reputation that sees me booked out for weeks / months in advance and I am proud of that.

I don’t know why they did it but it hurts and it has impact on my overall rating that I might never get back up to 5.0 now.

If you know any of those two people (possibly from the point cook area) kindly ask them to remove their false review. If they are in fact someone who we have let down, we would love to chat to them about it. We found out one of them owns their own small business which makes this even more hurtful. They should know better.

If you are one of my clients and have not have the chance to leave me a review, can I kindly ask you do so to get these bad reviews down and bring my rating back up?
