Our Workshop Foreman, Jimmy, and Operations Assistant, Belinda, recently attended the Building Hilltops Futures Information Night, connecting with students, parents and local businesses to discuss apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities within our region.
It was a great opportunity to share insights into the rewarding career pathways available at AGS, answer questions about the industry, and encourage the next generation of skilled tradespeople to explore careers in manufacturing, fabrication and grain handling.
We're proud to support initiatives that help build strong futures for local young people and strengthen our regional workforce.

I have been passionate about engineering since I was 4 years old. To this day I am still passionate about what I do.

What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity to lead diverse teams and bring innovative solutions to life. Seeing a project come together from start to finish and knowing I played a part in it is very fulfilling.
