Prezident İlham Əliyevin Şuşaya növbəti səfəri çərçivəsində ziyarət etdiyi layihələr sırasında Pmd.az sifarişi ilə PMD Projects tərəfindən inşa olunan Şuşa Yaşayış və Şuşa Bank layihələri də yer aldı.

Tarixi memarlıq irsini müasir standartlarla birləşdirən bu layihələr azad edilmiş ərazilərdə həyata keçirilən bərpa və inkişaf prosesinə töhfə verməkdən qürur duyduğumuz işlərdəndir.

Şuşanın gələcəyinə dəyər qatan hər layihənin bir parçası olmaq bizim üçün böyük məsuliyyət və qürurdur.

During President Ilham Aliyev's recent visit to Shusha, two projects delivered by PMD Projects on behalf of Pmd.az —Shusha Residence and Shusha Bank—were among the sites visited.

Combining Shusha's rich architectural heritage with modern construction standards, these projects contribute to the ongoing reconstruction and sustainable development of the liberated territories.

Şuşanın tarixi memarlıq üslubunu müasir yaşayış standartları ilə birləşdirən Şuşa Yaşayış layihəsi şəhərin yenidən qurulması və inkişafı istiqamətində atılan addımlardan biridir.

31 mənzildən ibarət, Şuşa daşı ilə üzləmiş yaşayış binası sakinlər üçün rahat və təhlükəsiz mühit yaratmaqla yanaşı, şəhərin memarlıq simasının qorunmasına da töhfə verir.

Combining Shusha’s historic architectural character with modern living standards, the Shusha Residence project is one of the key steps contributing to the city’s reconstruction and development.

The residential building, featuring 31 apartments and clad in locally sourced Shusha stone, provides a safe and comfortable living environment while helping preserve the city’s distinctive architectural identity.
