Cənubi Koreyada yerləşən "Heerim Architects and Planners" tərəfindən tərtib olunmuş "The Crescent Development Project" layihəsi Azərbaycanın Xəzər Plus sxeminin mühüm layihəsidir. Kompleks Xəzər dənizinin üzərində yüksələn ayparanı (Azərbaycanın milli simvolu) təmsil edir. "The Crescent hotel" otelin layihəsi hətta dünyanin doqquz innovativ otel layihələrinnən biri sechilib.

Проект "The Crescent Development Project" был разработан южнокорейской архитектурной фирмой Heerim Architects & Planners. "The Crescent hotel" даже попал в число девяти инновационных проектов необычных отелей по всему миру. Здание отеля, который строится в форме полумесяца, символизирует национальный символ Азербайджана, изображенный на государственном флаге страны.

Designed by South Korea-based Heerim Architects and Planners, "The Crescent Development" is the landmark project of Azerbaijan’s Caspian Plus scheme. The complex has been designed to symbolise a rising crescent moon (the national symbol of Azerbaijan) over the shores of the Caspian Sea."The Crescent hotel" hit the top nine innovative extraordinary hotel projects around the world.
