Another slope house in Boulder, Colorado. Architectural visualization of the exterior, but since it's not the same location as the previous one, the project didn't need to pass a strict Lightning Code so the night renders weren't done per such strict parameters.
The house features an elevated porch, which is oriented towards the beautiful nature beneath the house, this three stories home fits the terrain perfectly and allows for multiple vistas that are definately one of the main features of a home like this.

Some visualization of a modern reimagining of a longhouse, snuggled up to a thicket overlooking the beautiful meadows. Using the existing thicket as a buffer from the road, the longhouse emerges behind the treeline. Instead of dominating the view the longhouse flows with the terrain, and with the natural materials it fits perfectly in it's surroundings.

Some product viz for you today!

Visualization done for a company that produces wooden furniture using only the finest types of wood. We provided them with both simple backdrop renders and scene renders for promotional material.

Natural wood grain on furniture provide character to areas they are a part of , and provides the feeling of warmth, security and coziness. The intricate grain pattern provide perfect contrast for the simple and streamlined modern designs.

Here's another fun project we worked on in the past year! 🤩

The "Linden Residence" is located on the eastern slopes of the Great Rockies, overlooking Boulder, Colorado. We worked on the Architectural visualization of this modern outback villa, and the building should be finished sometime in 2023.

Nestled in the wilderness of Boulder County, all projects are required to comply with the Exterior Lighting code given their effort to curb light pollution. This night render was done per proposed parameters and accurately shows the lighting fixtures and their light levels, and was used to obtain the licence.

What have we been up to in the last couple of months? 🧐 Let's try and update you all on the work we've completed in the studio, and we'll start with this beautiful exurban community!

These sustainable homes designed by Estonian-based company Oxford Sustainable OÜ are a modern take on an exurban community, located in the rural area just outside of Rapla. With the two major focuses being sustainability and living in the nature, these houses are ideal for people that enjoy a more quiet life outside of large cities, where this peaceful neighbourhood provides an ideal place to raise a family.

The interior is decorated with great emphasis on natural tones, featuring parquet floors as well as wood and stone finishes.

Firma Media Lab traži saradnike za izradu projektne dokumentacije iz oblasti telekomunikacija, u programu Auto Cad.
Prije zaposlenja svi odabrani kandidati će proći trosedmičnu obuku u trajanju od 4 do 6 sati dnevno koja će se održati tokom aprila/maja.
Preduslovi za prijavu na konkurs su osnovno poznavanje programa Auto Cad i engleskog jezika.

Is ProductViz any different than ArchViz? In essence, not really, products are usually presented in both a realistic environment, as well as a simple backdrop or solid color background.

But since all eyes are on the very product you’re promoting, we want that to look as good as possible. Check out the tips we already mentioned for ArchViz (Lighting is the key to everything), and here we’ll mention a few more.

What is the main thing that will make your Product renders look better? Materials. A good material will take you a long way.

When talking about materials, we don’t just mean the single photo texture that you will apply to your model like paintbucket tool in paint. Materials are a bit more complex and consist of layers of maps and settings, and some might get intimidated with all the possibilities.

We can narrow it down to a couple of most important maps that every good material needs.

Diffuse map – to put it simply, this is your main “color” of the material. Doesn’t have to be a solid color, a high quality picture of woodgrain will be the base for your wood material!

Reflection map – this image based lighting technique will approximate the way the surface of your material reflects light, how the surrounding will be reflecting on the object itself.

Reflection glossiness – this is the map that will, depending on the settings, make your object look like chrome, or polished wood, depending on the settings as well as the map itself.

Bump map – This map will make it so that your object appears bumpy and not flat/polished. It achieves it by simulating bumps and wrinkles on the surface, but does not change the geometry of your object, only the way light reflects off it.

Displacement map – in contrast to a bump map, a displacement map will actually change the geometry of the model (not every material needs both the bump and displacement map!).
