Tring to create a fusion between retro and modern style, our main focus was to achieve maximum work efficiency in minimal environment. Most elements such as brick, metal, concrete are kept exposed to impose a industrial yet minimal look. Also its been solved focusing basically on function creating "A CLASS" with small details such as molding in table corner, geometric metal leggings, simple handles etc. daylight and natural ventilation was also assured to minimize overall cost.

in summery its a "LESS IS MORE"

The concept is to recreate colonial fusing with modern amenities as the building was a masterpiece of colonial architecture. some attribution such as sailor wheel, arch shape wall , exposed white wash brick are used to create a de ja vu of the roots of Chattogram itself. Special thanks to ADC (revenue) for the interest to work with us.
