We are running a Multiplicity Architecture based in Dhaka including Interior & Exterior design and other Architecture facilities.
Job Context:
Workplace: Work at office / market / project.
Job Responsibilities:
· Achieve daily, weekly & monthly target & collection.
· Keeping records of all sales & marketing activities.
· Other work assigned by Management.
· Understand the market, the customer and the competition.
· Ensure after sales service for customer satisfaction.
· Responsible for managing client relationship.
· Regular follow up to the clients.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
· BBA/MBA Or Marketing Related Subject from recognized institution.
Experience Requirements:
· Minimum 01 years Experience In Interior Firm Or Real Estate Company.
Additional Requirements:
· Age 25 to 30 years
· Only males are allowed to apply.
· The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
· Having must Real estate background, Real Estate Marketing, Interior Firm.
· Able to Identifying target markets.
· Having Sales Target ownership and achieve the target.
· Must be work in field. must be target oriented.
· Capable to manage order.
· Must be dynamic, innovation, strategic thinking and capable to work under pressure.
