WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic designer with an interest in architecture, furniture, graphic design but also willing to learn a variety of other skills. You should be self-motivated, creative, and passionate about design, technology, and life itself. A good sense of humor is also a must!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role will be varied, requiring you to adapt to ever-evolving creative challenges while working closely with our management team. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

- Furniture or interior design
- Architectural design and drafting
- 3D modeling
- BOQ preparation
- Site supervision
- Client interaction

EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Technical knowledge and experience related to architecture, furniture, or product design
- A strong portfolio showcasing work in furniture, interiors, and graphics
- Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships and partnerships
- Eagerness to learn new skills and software
- A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Previous experience in a furniture design company is a bonus (minimum 1 year)

SALARY + BENEFITS

- BDT 20,000–30,000/month (depending on experience)
- Two annual festival bonuses
- Subsidized lunch
- Overtime pay as per industry standards
- Annual salary review

DETAILS

- Full-time: Sunday to Thursday & alternate Saturdays
- Location: Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka
- 3-month probationary period
