Job Context:
We are looking for an innovative Experience Site Engineer for Extent Design & Devlopment, Who will work as an Site Civil Engineer to Roads construction, Building construction Project. Like LGED, DNCC, EED, DZP, PWD, Roads & Highways Department.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall construction Management and supervision of the projects.
Review the project in detail to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverables, of materials & estimate costs.
Must be able to prepare construction project Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Material of Quantities (MOQ), Quotation, Estimation and Budgeting;
Must be good at on understanding drawings and designs
Should be able to do pricing/forecasting the cost of the materials needed for the project;
Should be able to procure/obtain the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project;
Should be able to measure and value of the work done on the site;
Should be good at on the assessment of construction work done as per design;
Should be able to maintain checklist, quality report, progress report regularly;
Should be able to prepare and justify sub-contractor bill as per physical measurement of work;
Should be able to check inventory report, ledger on regular basis and plan for proper store management of materials;
Co-ordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
Review the work progress on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time
Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
Educational Requirements
Diploma / BSc in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements
5 to 12 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Age 28 to 40 years
First Priority, Govt. Project. Experience. Like LGED, DNCC, EED, DZP, PWD, Roads & Highways Department.
Candidate having Must be experience of working Site Engineer in the Roads Construction, Building Construction.
Must be good at using Auto-CAD, MS-Excel, MS-Word and other project oriented software.
Should be manage and work under pressure.
Energetic, confident and proactive, self-responsible.
Should be well-organized & good team-player and be able to lead a team.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
Should be Hardworking and Self motivated.
