CCL RMC LTD is looking for smart, energetic, confident and result-driven Marketing Officers to join our RMC Sales Team.
📍Job Location: Bagherbazar, Gazipur & Trishal, Mymensingh.

Educational Qualificationঃ
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering or a related field
• Candidates from other academic backgrounds may also be considered if they have strong sales and communication skills.
Experience & Requirements
• 1–3 years of B2B Sales/Marketing experience preferred
• Experience in Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), cement, aggregates, construction materials or construction-related sales will receive priority
• Candidates with experience working in or selling for an RMC Plant are highly encouraged to apply
• Candidates with pharmaceutical field sales/marketing experience, especially those with strong client-management and field-sales skills, may also be considered
• Smart and talented freshers with excellent communication, confidence and strong B2B sales potential are encouraged to apply
• Must be willing to visit construction sites and handle B2B clients professionally
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new B2B clients and business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, engineers and project managers
• Promote and sell Ready-Mix Concrete and achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct construction site visits and understand client requirements
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients and follow up on sales leads
• Maintain existing client relationships and develop repeat business
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and ongoing construction projects
• Coordinate with plant, dispatch, technical and accounts teams.
