Draftsman - Remote and Occasional Site Visit (2-3 Years Experience)
Kutir Design and Construction, a leading design and construction firm in Bangladesh, is seeking a skilled and motivated Draftsman to join our growing team. This is a remote opportunity with occasional site visits offering a flexible work environment and the chance to contribute to exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
• Create detailed and accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD, including architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Prepare RAJUK submission sheets as per regulations and guidelines.
• Develop working drawings for construction purposes, ensuring clarity and adherence to specifications.
• Assist with technical tasks, calculations, and estimations (optional).
• Conduct occasional site visits as needed for project coordination and data collection.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Draftsman or in a related role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with drafting standards and practices.
• Understanding of construction principles and terminology is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to deadlines.
