Constructed over a water body without endangering it and maintaining the balance of nature, N.E. gym and café is a one-story structure with 2500 square feet of interior area. This indoor space includes a large dedicated space for gym, locker room and changing area with shower zone. While designing it, we concentrated on using local available materials, natural ventilation, and solar light usage to make it more energy efficient than other average structures. Here, red bricks were considered for the outer shell of this structure and all the facades were left unclad to preserve its natural, unaltered appearance. Since it faces a vast community playground, we decided to keep a full height glass façade on the front side of the building to let the gym goers enjoy the vibrant playful chaos happening dawn to dusk there. This facility also has an open deck with a café and a snack bar in front, making it an elegant civilized location for some sophisticated critiques. Moreover, its natural appearance and well thought landscape design also helps to maintain the native vibe to its environment.

National AgriCare Group is actively involved in agricultural development activities as well as in promotion and dissemination of renewable energy technologies in rural Bangladesh and has come a long way to its current position through sincere services, principles, and a consistent corporate culture.
Here, the design seeks to demonstrate our client's distinguished presence as a successful entity through the expression of smart and coordinated usage of architectural language. The four-story building is a straightforward example of a striking geometric design, with its structure being shown by interlaced planes within a rectangular shape. The front façade of this office building is embraced with layers of double glazed, low-e coated glasses to minimize the heat gain and maximize the ability to experience the rural landscape for the employees. To express the structure as a climate responsive design, extended floor slabs over the glass façade and vertical aluminum louvers are considered thoughtfully as a shading device. While designing the workspace layout, we paid more attention to open and transparent spaces so that it brings an efficient and innovative way of work experience and delivers a continuous communication flow for easier teamwork. Since the heating, cooling, lighting of a building and most importantly work efficiency are highly dependent on the site in which the building is located, we focused intensively on landscape design to provide a better working experience for the employees and needless to say, for the responsibility to the environment.

Project name: Prince Residence

This holiday home is a duplex residence of approximately 3800 square feet situated on a four katha plot of land. The primary objective of the client who commissioned us for this spacious house was to avail some relaxing time far from fast- paced urban life.
Here, Four bedrooms with attached bathrooms and verandas, separate living & dining space with kitchen, a front facing large terrace at upper floor, car parking, driver’s and caretaker’s room at ground level, Prayer room and gymnasium at roof were incorporated functionally and efficiently to make it homely for the dwellers. To make it more energy efficient than other average buildings we focused on natural ventilation, sun light utilization and the use of local and available materials. Here, The building was constructed with red brick and portions of its facades were left unclad to maintain a native intact aspect but at the same time a black plane was placed at the front façade to create contrast and hierarchy as well as to break the monotony of red brick. The Boundary walls of this project was designed in a way so that it can help the creeper plants grow with it and give itself a semi transparent look along with proper security. Finally, since this house was built in a rural setting, we tried to preserve the area's rural feel by addressing harmony with nature and preserving the area's trees to enjoy a peaceful retreat.

Tour de Cyclist, Uttara is an example of simplicity with the usage of vibrant colors considering its logo. The intention was to renovate the whole restaurant during pandemic having in mind its previous chaotic spaces. We tried to create a funky ambience with colorful graffiti & posters so that the youth can vibe and spend a quality time here .Also, we tried to keep it as minimal as possible as we strongly believe in " form follows function".

It was an absolute honour and a great privilege for us to be a part of the celebration of marking the birth centenary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and 50th anniversary of Bangladesh at National Parliament Building of Bangladesh on 17th December, 2021.
We were responsible for producing an ultrahigh resolution 7 minutes 13 seconds long visual which was projected directly on the wall of National Parliament Building. A group of young and energetic artists performed on stage with a song where our lively visual added a spectacular dimension to the performance with its color and dramatic animation.

Project Name: BURGEROLOGY

Burgerology is a profound identity in food business to operate in Bashundhara residential area and Wari, in the city of Dhaka. As we were commissioned for the interior design and fit-out, we came to know about our client's superior reputation that they had built up with heartfelt service and brilliant food. We were to come up with an intervention that aims to provide a comfortable and jovial environment having considered the young and juvenile community as prior target consumers. The underlying target was to provide a hearty and healthy space which the client group previously lacked due to many different constraints.
Following the words of Charles Eames – “recognizing the need is the primary condition for design”, we have put our best efforts to create a layout over 1500 square feet to maximize the efficiency in terms of revenue generation for our client and create a contented space for everybody who engages in providing service. From designing customized tables and chairs to supervising every single detail and craftsmanship, the whole project was carried out in 30 days.
The restaurant has been in operation for about a month now and we are delighted to pull this project off to a satisfactory level of accomplishment.
