“বাড়ি করার সময় এলে তখন ডিজাইন করাবো।”

কিন্তু বাস্তবতা কী?
✔️ নির্মাণ মৌসুম (বর্ষার পর) শুরু হলে হঠাৎ প্রচুর চাপ পড়ে সব ডিজাইন অফিসে।
✔️ অল্প সময়ে মানসম্মত ডিজাইন হাতে পাওয়া কঠিন হয়ে যায়।
✔️ ডিজাইন হাতে না থাকলে সিটি করপোরেশন / পৌরসভায় অনুমোদনের কাজ পেছায়।
✔️ ফলে সঠিক সময়ে কাজ শুরু হয়না।

পরিসংখ্যান অনুযায়ী—

অনেকেই প্রশ্ন করেন কখন ফ্ল্যাটের ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইন করা উচিত।
১. যখন আপনি কোনও বাড়ির নকশা চূড়ান্ত করেন, তখন আপনি আপনার বাড়ির মেঝের নকশা একজন আর্কিটেক্ট বা ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইনারকে দেখাতে পারেন। অনেক সময় কলাম এবং বিমের অবস্থানের কারণে বাড়ির ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইন ভালো হয় না। গোঁজামিল দেয়া ছাড়া আর কোনও উপায় থাকে না।

২. যখন আপনি কোনও ডেভেলপার বা রিয়েল এস্টেট কোম্পানির কাছ থেকে ফ্ল্যাট কিনবেন, তখন আপনি একজন আর্কিটেক্ট বা ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইনারের পরামর্শ নিতে পারেন। ভবিষ্যতে আপনার স্বপ্নের ফ্ল্যাটটি কেমন দেখাবে?

৩. যদি আপনি একটি রেডি ফ্ল্যাট কিনে থাকেন, তাহলে যদি আপনি কিছু সংযোজন বা বিয়োজন করতে চান, তাহলে আপনি একজন আর্কিটেক্ট বা ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইনারের পরামর্শ নিতে পারেন।

কিছু কাজের ধাপ আপনাদের সাথে শেয়ার করছি।

১। ব্রিক লেআউটে ক্লায়েন্ট কোনও পরিবর্তন করতে চান কিনা তা জানতে হবে। ক্লায়েন্ট ইটের লেআউট চূড়ান্ত করার পর, কাজ শুরু করতে হবে।

২। ইটের কাজ শেষ হওয়ার পর, ড্রয়িং অনুযায়ী ইলেকট্রিক কনডুইটের প্রধান কাজগুলো করতে হবে।

৩। ইটের কাজের পাশাপাশি প্লাম্বিং কাজ শুরু করতে হবে।

৪। দেয়ালের প্লাস্টারের কাজ শেষ করার পর, মেঝে ও দেয়ালের টাইলসের কাজ করতে হবে।

৫। এরপর পেইন্টের কাজ শুরু করতে হবে, তবে ফাইনাল কোট পেইন্ট ইন্টেরিয়র কাজ শেষ করার পরে করা উচিত।

৬। ঘরের আসবাবপত্র/নান্দনিক নকশার কাজ শুরু করতে হবে। (রান্নাঘরের ক্যাবিনেট, আলমিরা, টিবি ক্যাবিনেট, সিলিং, দেয়াল সাজসজ্জা) ইত্যাদি ক্লায়েন্টের প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুযায়ী করতে হবে।

মসজিদের ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইনের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়গুলো

1. **মিম্বর (Minbar) ও মিহরাব (Mihrab) ডিজাইন:

মিম্বর: ইমামের জন্য নির্ধারিত জায়গা, সাধারণত কাঠ, মার্বেল বা পাথরের তৈরি।

মিহরাব: কিবলার দিকে দেয়ালে খোদাইকৃত বা নির্মিত অংশ, যা মুসল্লিদের দিক নির্দেশ করে।

2. ফ্লোরিং (মেঝে):

সাধারণত কার্পেট দিয়ে ঢেকে রাখা হয় যাতে মুসল্লিরা আরামদায়কভাবে নামাজ আদায় করতে পারেন।

কার্পেট সাধারণত সাদা বা সবুজ টোনে হয়, যাতে শান্তিপূর্ণ ও পবিত্র পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি হয়।

3. আলো ও বাতাস চলাচল:

পর্যাপ্ত প্রাকৃতিক আলো ও ভেন্টিলেশন থাকা জরুরি।

বড় বড় জানালা, ছাদে গম্বুজ ও খোলা জানালার ডিজাইন সহ অনেকে স্কাইলাইট ব্যবহার করেন।

4. গম্বুজ (Dome):

উচ্চতা এবং এক বিশেষ ধ্বনি প্রতিফলনের জন্য গম্বুজ তৈরি করা হয়।

ভেতরে ক্যালিগ্রাফি, আল্লাহ ও নবীর নাম, কোরআনের আয়াত লেখা থাকে।

5. ক্যালিগ্রাফি ও অলংকরণ:

ইসলামিক ক্যালিগ্রাফি: আরবি ভাষায় কোরআনের আয়াত, ৯৯ নাম, দোয়া ইত্যাদি লেখা।

প্রাচীন মসজিদে নকশা, জ্যামিতিক প্যাটার্ন ও মুজাইক টাইল ব্যবহার হয়।

6. আলো ব্যবস্থা (Lighting):

চন্দ্রাকার ঝাড়বাতি বা ল্যাম্প।

আধুনিক মসজিদে এলইডি লাইটিং, তবে আলো যেন খুব উজ্জ্বল না হয় – শান্ত পরিবেশ বজায় রাখতে হয়।

7. ছাদ ও দেয়ালের ডিজাইন:

উচ্চ ছাদ এবং বিশাল গম্বুজ মসজিদের সৌন্দর্য বৃদ্ধি করে।

দেয়ালে মার্বেল, সিরামিক, কাঠের প্যানেল ও আরবি লেখার ক্যালিগ্রাফি।

8. অন্তর্ভুক্ত সুবিধা (Facilities):

ওযুখানা ও টয়লেটের ব্যবস্থা।

নারীদের নামাজের আলাদা জায়গা।

শিশুদের শিক্ষা দেয়ার জন্য মক্তব বা মাদ্রাসা কক্ষ।

9. আবহাওয়া উপযোগী ব্যবস্থা:

শীতের সময় হিটিং ও গরম পানির ব্যবস্থা।

গরমের সময় ফ্যান, এসি বা ঠান্ডা পানি।

10. সাউন্ড সিস্টেম:

উন্নত মাইক্রোফোন ও স্পিকার সিস্টেম যেন আজান, খুতবা ও নামাজ স্পষ্ট শোনা যায়।

✅ মসজিদ ইন্টেরিয়রের মূল উদ্দেশ্য:

পবিত্রতা, শৃঙ্খলা ও একাগ্রতার পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করা।

ইসলামী ঐতিহ্য ও স্থাপত্য রক্ষা করা।
