Bangladesh. It was established in the year 2009 by Engr. Munir Ahmed as “Ultimate Development
Engineering”. After the year of 15 January 2014 it’s registered under registrar of joint stock companies in
Bangladesh and got certificate of incorporation as a private limited company named “Ultimate Development Engineering Limited”
