We are proud to share that one our work has been featured in the latest issue of DOT _ Art & Architecture Bangladesh — one of the most prestigious design magazines in the country.

Our sincere gratitude to the legendary Architect Mustapha Khalid Palash Sir, Editor of DOT, whose visionary curation continues to uplift and spotlight meaningful architectural discourse in Bangladesh. Being included in a publication curated by such an icon of the profession is both humbling and inspiring.

Queen's Vila is a thoughtfully designed four-storied modern multifamily residence crafted for two sisters,blending functionality with elegance.

This project is located in Nikunja-1, Dhaka,Bangladesh.The villa features two single apartments,a family gathering space,a basement for Indoor games and storage,and a studio apartment for guests.The volumetric and rigid structure flows and harmonizes with the green gardens,coexisting and creating a friendly link between the filled and void spaces it produces.

The total built area is 6500 sqft.

The villa features two parking space and a lush front garden,complemented by a green rooftop with seating areas.The design balances simplicity with comfort,providing a serene and stylish living environment.

Structural Consultant: Anit Hasan Molla.
