Project Location: Plot No. 963, Block A, Bashundhara River View Project, P.S- South Keraniganj, Dist. Dhaka-1311, Bangladesh

This 11-storied residential development is designed to offer a modern, nature-integrated living experience within the serene surroundings of Bashundhara River View. The architecture blends contemporary form, natural materials, and green design elements to create a timeless façade characterized by brick textures, vertical greenery, and wide glass balconies.

Each residence is planned to maximize natural light, cross ventilation, and spatial comfort, ensuring a refreshing indoor environment. The vertical garden features not only add aesthetic value but also promote sustainability and urban cooling—a step toward green living in Dhaka’s residential landscape.
