REPOS 38 Project — Uccle

An architectural study centered on clean lines, pure forms, and the maximization of natural light.

Nestled between the Observatoire district and Wolvendael Park in Uccle, this contemporary design emphasizes high-end craftsmanship, where every detail has been thoughtfully crafted to deliver an elegant, warm, and timeless aesthetic.

The layout leverages its three-façade orientation and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows to frame views of the surrounding greenery, bathing the interior spaces in soft light throughout the day.

✨ Project Completion — Uccle Residential Development

After four years of design, coordination, and construction, we are pleased to share the completion of this new apartment building in Uccle.

Replacing a former structure, the project was conceived to bring a contemporary architectural expression to its urban context while creating bright, comfortable, and durable living spaces. The composition of the façades combines carefully proportioned openings, generous terraces, and a subtle palette of materials, creating a balanced dialogue between solidity and transparency.

Particular attention was given to natural light, spatial quality, and the relationship between the apartments and the landscaped outdoor areas. The result is a building that aims to offer both architectural coherence and everyday comfort.

Seeing a project come to life after years of work is always a special moment. We would like to thank everyone involved in this journey for their trust, expertise, and dedication.

✨ Project in Progress — Residential Renovation

This project explores the transformation of an existing residential building through a carefully considered heavy renovation.

Starting from the original structure, the intervention redefines volumes, façades, and spatial organization — balancing preservation and renewal. The model highlights a dialogue between heritage elements and contemporary additions, where rhythm, proportions, and openings are reinterpreted to bring light and clarity to the whole.
