Hello folks, back again to showcase a few installs, if you also didnt catch my previous post be sure to check it out. It was highlighting energy monitoring data statistics on your homes seperate circuits and the total energy of your home.

⚡️As you may be aware of the advancements of our digital word, we installed a customers request for a skylight calender, similar to hearth display as well. These are vertical or horizontal digital calenders/organizers to help assist with the homes everyday tasks/schedules that correspond and interact to the family members phones so that everyone can see the daily routines or checked off chores and tasks. We made it look flawless for the family like its always been there..
*Yes its not centered so we could make the bracket secured to at least one stud on the wall.

⚡️2nd runner up, we had a fun install request to help assist in setting up deck ambiance lighting like restaurant style. We added and placed an outlet up high as the string lights would require. We used stainless cable line with proper termination and created a hook loop for setting around the hooks we placed. Customer supplied us with poles designed for the string light that we fastened to the railings. The stainless lines are in places of weight support of the string lights. You'll see some.before and after pics of the installation.

⚡️3rd we have what could have been a very scary situation for a home owner. Actually this customer and another was a back to back call regarding power washing done to their home , tripped breakers and outlets non functioning. This particular call was due to a fishy sort of smell within the room from the customers nanny that brought the attention. The customer called me and we showed up, they thought it was the switch in the wall due to the distinct smell, we opened it up without any evidence indicating the device or wires looking bad, below it was an outlet, so immediately my guess was lets look outside the shared wall. Immediately saw an outdoor outlet with he cover signs of char, we opened it up and sure enough saw the typical device burned to a crisp along with the wire and metal box. We took it all apart and luckily wire was short enough to the other outlet we were able to clean the installation with new wiring, new pvc box , gfci and cover. What was dangerous was that this wire did not trip the breaker and the power washing had been done a week or so maybe longer. This outlet had burned up recently and sustained to continue burning without tripping the breaker. They are very lucky something combustible didnt ignite and start a real fire. Would like to see anyone power washing to protect fixtures, outlets and similar related installations when working.

⚡️Well we've got something like that for your electrical panel, we just installed a nifty cool product for a customer that helps monitor the branch circuits in your panel to areas that you choose you'd like to see the energy consumption from. Additionally it also monitors the system usage as a whole production. We helped this customer track up to 16 house loads of usage to view on their phone. This can help track your kwh usage which you'll see on your electric bill and more features that will help create a better understanding of what's being used and how much. Secondly this can also be a great product for someone who doesnt have 2 meters but maybe rents a space and wants to monitor the usage of that area more accurately. What a nice honor to be part of this project helping Camp Laurelwood with their new well water treatment system. Scott Allen owner of Water Flo has an amazing crew that worked endlessly on this project. I had a couple guys helping me tackle this as well Mike Doulakis. Drone photo credits to one of Scotts crew members as we were working away setting up this service with their existing aerial cable being moved from an existing building to another. Wired up new panel and control wiring to motors and pumps for the new operation. Great job team!

Hi gang, here are a few projects that we have worked on I've been meaning to post...

⚡️We have a few services that were upgraded utilizing the aerial bucket services, You'll notice on the lake picture it was super helpful with the offset of the grade how much of a game changer it was.
One of the other jobs with the meter tight to the window we had to meet new eversource requirements for clearances and moved the meter over and also needed shrubs to be cut out of the way. You can see how frayed the service cable was allowing water and moisture to enter following the wiring into the meter.

⚡️On another job we have a troubleshooting example shown from woodpecker damage to an old wooden post lamp which began to have nests created from the opening of the hole which then eventually resulted in wire damage.

⚡️Lastly a nice outcome for our customers that really wanted a TV hung over their fireplace as many do, however this was a nice challenge that we liked and needed the proper tools to drill and place heavy duty concrete anchors and fastening for the bracket. Lastly we assumed we would need to run surface raceway to bring power to an outlet behind TV, we were lucky we had a 2nd floor to find out surrounding, find a void and test snaking behind the brick wall. We made the TV look like its always been there!

Hello community back again with a fun share. Had a customer reach out to inquire about a couple light fixture replacements.. They mentioned high ceilings... I replied with "we love a challenge". Almost 24ft hight ceilings... Removed a paddle fan and replaced with a nice lighting masterpiece to accomodate the area. Removed a foyer chandelier to a nice upgraded fixture. PROUD MOMENT ALERT!

And thats how a new light fixture is born... and so the story begins.

Once upon a time an electrician was called upon to change a light as he has always done a thousand times. Once in a while you get a monkey wrench thrown in the mix, so when life gives you lemons you know how the story goes.

Honestly this felt soo good to present to the customer. Went in with an accepted challenge mindset, this is not your typical remove and replace fixture. This was as close as code compliant as it could become. The rigid wiring was so stubborn preventing flexibility. As you saw in earlier pictures these wires had cloth wrapping and there was some areas of minor openings exposing the conductor. I expected this spider webbing into a bigger issue and cutting ceiling open to follow wiring to its cleanest available cable termination. However with the right tool, experience and patience it ended up being the secret ingredients. Rather than using a holesaw that is a (rotary tool) creating the diameter circle needed for the new standard electrical box I used a vibrate cutting instrument that mitigated the potential sacrifice of the wiring. I was able to simple mark the wiring once taken existing fixture apart, pair them up to come through the saws opening, then vibrate cut plastered ceiling ( another finesse touch to go slow and thank goodness it didnt spider crack 🤞). I created the opening needed to recess the new electrical box. I then re-taped all conductors to be on the safe side additinaly to the not so bad cloth wrapping condition.. I cleaned up the splicing , and the orientation of the wiring within. I couldnt fit connectors in the box but made sure the jacketing made it in the openings. I proceeded to assemble the fixture and was able to deliver the best outcome of this installation to the customer which they were ecstatic about. We prevailed 🙌⚡️💡. This truly showed the craftsmanship where I think many other contractors would have looked at it, either not cared and do whatever to install without making the correct changes or simply not want to take on this specific work. I take pride in my work and feel good about being presentable to the customer reflecting my confidence. Appreciate everyone who reads this and can see even a simple light or install to someone goes a long way but what it may take to get there. 🙌⚡️💡

Welcome the newest member of the family.... New state of the art cable line tracer and more.. New hammer drill en route too. As many of you know I love my tools , safety and test equipment.
