In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van renovatieprojecten, van technische uitwerking tot de oplevering. Je werkt samen met een gepassioneerd en ervaren team, de bouwheer en uitvoerders en focust op een kwaliteitsvolle en verfijnde afwerking. Je beschikt over een diploma burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je bent organisatorisch sterk, communicatief en hebt oog voor detail. Ervaring in renovatie is een plus, maar jouw drive telt meer.

Maatwerk tot in de puntjes: deze indrukwekkende stalen bibliotheek strekt zich uit over twee verdiepingen, bereikbaar door een glazen passerelle. Om dit project te realiseren was er een nauwe samenwerking en precisie nodig. Als RMK hebben we de coördinatie op ons genomen, zodat dit harmonieuze samenspel van vakmanschap perfect tot zijn recht kwam.
