The last job of the year is a fact. Together with we took on the new part of Maserati. The office area and the new workshop were given the necessary preparation and finishing. This way the company can start the new year with a new and fresh interior.

The end of the year is approaching. And the final phases of most projects are in sight. The moment to complete the last smaller works that are still open together with . This allows people to celebrate the end of the year with a fresh interior. Now let’s focus on some larger projects that we will complete this year. But that’s for later.

When asked us to realize this project together, we couldn’t say no. We had good weather at the time and we certainly needed it. The entire property was given a makeover. And what kind. All doors, windows, door fittings, garage doors, gutters and drains, joinery and facades were provided with new paint systems. After thoroughly cleaning and preparing the surfaces, all windows, doors, door fittings, garage doors, gutters and drains were primed and finished in black. The facades were first firmly fixed, after which they were completely provided with a reinforcement mortar. While this reinforcement mortar was drying, the carpentry of the garage was next. This also received a black transparent finish, which preserved the natural look. After the reinforcement mortar had dried, the facade was provided with 2 layers of kalei to give the house a beautiful mineral finish.

Sometimes you come across surfaces that make you scratch your head. But everything can be solved and that is why we carried out this assignment together with . The ceiling was leveled 4 times. After some sanding this was ready to get primer and 2 coats of finish. It did take some work as you can see. But where there’s a will, there’s a way.

We did this job together with during one of the rainy moments, which meant we had to move indoors for a few days. This living room, dining room and kitchen were thoroughly sanded and plastered. After this, the walls and ceilings were provided with new finishing layers. The owners can now start their move quietly and enjoy their renovated ground floor.

Find some good days to do outdoor work in between the bad weather. That was the biggest assignment this year. During a few drier days we were able to complete this maintenance project together with . Windows and fire ladder were serviced for the necessary protection for the coming years.

During one of the drier and warmer moments this year, we were able to realize this project together with .be . For this project we had to give the joinery a new life. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and thoroughly sanded. All seams and connections were all sealed so that no more water could enter. After all this preparation, the joinery was primed and then finished. This building has been protected again for many years.
