Model of a competition project together with for a nursery and a commercial space on the lively Schweitzer square in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe. The proposal envisions an intimate courtyard garden as a soft transition toward the nursery entrance and bright daycare rooms, opening onto large terraces with double orientation.

See our competition proposal in collaboration with for the future Parking Bizet. Developed as part of the Sustainable Neighbourhood Contract “Bizet”, the project unfolds in two phases: the first includes green public space, a social house, a neighbourhood house, and housing for victims of violence; the second adds social housing and a kindergarten. By placing the buildings along the site’s main axes, a network of (bio)diverse open spaces emerges, informed by the social functions that enhance existing active communities.

See our proposal in collaboration with for a housing project with bike parking and public equipement on the ground floor. The building is composed of two complementary volumes that “dance” with each other and frame a space for interaction, allowing for the building to be constructed in two phases.
