Soms is het werk gewoon… werk.
Planning, telefoons, checklists, nog een call, nog een wijziging, nog een deadline. Alles loopt – maar de vonk is even weg.

En dan komt die ene week.
Waarin alles tegelijk gebeurt.
Project onder druk, klant in paniek, planning overhoop. Iedereen kijkt naar jou.

En gek genoeg… dan begint het te stromen.
Dan weet ik weer waarom ik dit al jaren doe. Waarom ik graag ‘de keizer’ ben in mijn domein.

Maar ik doe het niet alleen.
Onze contractors bewijzen iedere keer weer waarom ze deel zijn van onze BOPU-familie.
Flexibel, betrokken, professioneel – ook als het regent, ook als het nachtwerk is, ook als er even geen handleiding is.

Zij springen bij, denken mee, lossen op.
Dank jullie wel – echt waar.

Ik vond m’n goesting terug. Niet ondanks de chaos, maar dankzij de mensen die daarin met mij mee bewegen.

En dat verdient een applaus. Of op z’n minst een dikke digitale merci.

Behind the scenes of in-store communication solution installation in Torino Italy. The behind-the-scenes video includes how we install, share and personalize our cloud-based documents solution, Vocovo.

This is an internal installation process for a client of ours in Italy. A good way to start an IT department is to make sure that all clients have access to our support team for all their needs, whether it's using the remote control app or having an onsite technician come through and take care of any issue they may have with their devices.
