Technology, integrated by design.

Rather than treating appliances as separate elements, they were carefully incorporated into the cabinetry, creating one continuous composition. The dark wood frames the appliances, while the contrasting finishes add depth and precision.

Away from the everyday, closer to new ideas.

We travelled to Rotterdam to immerse ourselves in the design of the factory Excelsior, the future home of stnhs’ concept studio.

A dedicated moment to step away from the everyday, exchange ideas and explore how the building’s industrial character and architectural heritage can form its next chapter.

Honouring what was, shaping what’s next. Curious? More to come.

▪ A clean canvas leaves room for character.

Within this soft, neutral setting, a few carefully selected accents are enough to catch the eye. A touch of colour, a graphic pattern, a subtle contrast.

Proof that an eyecatcher doesn't always have to be the loudest element in the room.

A transition space can carry just as much character as the rooms it connects.

Here, warm timber softens the clean white architecture, while textured glass allows natural light to travel through the space without sacrificing privacy.

A living space built around 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁.

The pale palette keeps the room open and effortless, while dark wood introduces depth and structure. Natural light filters through the curtains throughout the day, softening the architecture and bringing the materials to life.

The fireplace, integrated cabinetry and carefully selected furniture all work as one composition.

A space designed to feel warm, without ever feeling heavy.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼. ▪ A place where materials meet, ideas evolve and some of our wildest STNHS concepts first find their shape.

For now, this is where the thinking happens. But somewhere in the background, a new chapter is slowly taking shape.

A new STNHS Studio will unfold at Excelsior. Not quite yet, but definitely worth the wait.

▪ 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵.
Still raw. Far from finished. But the vision is already there.

At this stage, it takes a little imagination to see what we see. The volumes are taking shape, the foundations are set and every next step will bring another layer to the project.
