Shower demolition due to improper design (no water membrane, badly run water lines, etc.)
Skirting boards installed using FOAM attached to the uneven brick wall. Huge holes left behind the skirting boards allowing moisture to affect the brickwork and wooden structure.

Hello everyone. We are reopening this spring of 2026. We do accept new jobs north of Veliko Tarnovo and ready to provide estimates.
Have 2 new amazing family team members this year.

If you are dealing with unseasoned oak barrels or katsas which are leaking you should do the following to make them water tight:
1: Flip upside down and place the water hose on top of the bottom end - you’ll have to make the bottom watertight from outside first.
2: One bottom watertight flip it back and place on even concrete floor (to observe the leak.
3: Prepare around 5kg/500L of barrel volume of fine oak wood-shavings.
4: Place the water hose inside the barrel and add the oak shavings.
5: Create the DEPTH MARKER and place against one side of the barrel. You’ll need the marker 1/2 the height of the depth of the barell.
6: Wet the outside walls of the barell.
7: Open water tap and move the water hose nozzle against the side of the barrel forcing the water inside the barrel to swirl.
8: Observe the barrel feeding speed. If it slows down use the long broom to create the oak-shavings „tornado” - these will patch the leak.
9: Repeat #6 and #8
10: When water level reaches another depth threshold use a mallet and a piece of hardwood to tighten the metal barrel belts. Repeat tightening metal belts with every next depth marker.

NOTE: Choose the sunny day to speed up the procedure.

Job done. Enjoy your watertight barrel/katsa

Conrad’s cave progress. Pointing was attempted by the previous owners twice. On both occasions it was badly butchered using the wrong tools and materials. Stone badly stained by the lazy bastard who wasn’t bothered to get himself 2 buckets of clean water and sponges. They used B20 which consists of large gravel granules so you can imagine how it looked before. 14m2 of joins cleaned of mud, concrete and white plaster. Stone hand-washed and few worst stones replaced. Re-pointed using the correct tools and fine sea sand - cement mixture without the plastificator. Washed again than brushed with our line of round dense chalk paint brushes we used to make a decade ago. 3 of us spent 3.5 days to achieve what looked initially as not achievable. Intentionally used the old technique based on a clay-do wet sea sand plus cement mixture to expose slightly deeper joins for more dramatic result as just above the stone-line the Texan artwork will be displayed with a dedicated dimmed lighting system. Quite happy with the final result before the final wash and vernixation.

Not 1 but 2 Georgian 🇬🇪 Ivans assisted with that insane project.
HSBC Bank Canal Street branch lower Manhattan NY.
3000ft2 of floor tiles installation. Branch closed around 5PM and flooring had to be fully accomplished by 6AM next morning. Had an understaffed team after 2 of my Polish tilers overdosed on vodka previous night and called “sick”.
Andy “the Tank” went ballistic as that left us with only 6 pairs of hands for the job. Few phone calls later these 2 Georgian Ivans came to the rescue from Georgian suburbs of Queens. These 2 Dzhigits were the real spirit if the night.
