Разработката на продукти за автомобили и мотоциклети е специфичен процес. Изделията трябва да покриват основни изисквания като функционалност и устойчивост при различни условия. Независимо дали става дума за допълнителен детайл или цялостен комплект от детайли. Разработката на тези продукти винаги трябва да започва с първия и основен етап – продуктовите скици. С тяхна помощ се уточняват визуалните, конструктивните и производствени характеристики. Така преходът към изработка на основен модел, след това на матрица и накрая завършва с крайно изделие – става стъпка по стъпка. Процесът се изминава последователно, без да се прескачат основни етапи и подетапи. За оформянето основните модели е използван специализиран материал – индустриална дизайнерска глина, – с цялата му специфика на работа и подготовка като технология за оформяне на базов модел. Използваха се и други помощни материали и детайли за изграждането на основните модели – пенополиуретанови структури, стандартни пластмаси и др. За изработката на матриците и готовите изделия са използвани композитни материали.

The development of products for cars and motorcycles is a specific process. The products must meet basic requirements such as functionality and durability under different conditions. Whether it is an additional detail or a complete set of details. The development of these products should always start with the first and main stage – product sketches. With their help the visual, structure and production characteristics are specified. Thus, the transition to the production of a basic model, then a mold and finally ends with a final product – it becomes step by step. The process is carried out sequentially, without skipping the main stages and sub-stages. For the formation of the main models a specialized material is used – industrial designer clay – with all its specifics of work and preparation as a technology for forming a basic model. Other auxiliary materials and details were used for the construction of the main models – polyurethane foam structures, standard plastics, and more. Composite materials were used to make the molds and finished products.
The developments are part of the Vehimotus brand - a sub-brand of the main Solo Form brand.
