Commercial | Residential JR Andrade Arquitetura was founded by the Architect and Urbanist Junior Andrade.

Believing that architecture is made for people, using it as a tool capable of understanding the human being and creating habitats capable of accommodating those who are predisposed to relate and interact with space, was the first - and main - objective when we launched our office. As soon as he graduated, Junior opened his first office in Brazil and, today, with only 5 years of graduation, serving the international market, and expanded his operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Designed for the rhythm of coastal living, Casa Moara embraces a quieter relationship with its surroundings.

Inspired by the muxarabi, the architecture filters light, frames shadows, and creates spaces where air, vegetation, and natural light move gently through the home.

In Praia do Forte, wood, landscape, and materiality come together to shape a house that feels naturally connected to its place.

Designed through a clean architectural gesture, Casa HA explores continuity as part of its identity.

The façade was conceived through a strong volumetric composition, avoiding interruptions in the visual line and creating a quieter sense of balance and proportion.

Glass opens the house to natural light, while wood brings warmth to the composition, softening the precision of the architecture.
