BEG was engaged as Design/Build General Contractor on this job. Scope included Design Development thru to IFC Drawings, permits, civil & earthworks, site MEP, sitewide utilities, underground vaults, plant & equipment rooms, Wi-Fi, Data & POS stations, security camera networks, restaurants, cabanas, facility & operational buildings, roadways, parking lots, entry building, open-air casino, water park rides (including Wave Pool, Flow-rider surf simulator, raft slides, lazy river), changerooms, restrooms, 15 different pools incl MEP systems & equipment, beach works, artificial rockwork, theming, cascade & grotto water features, kiosks, retail outlets, amenity buildings, hardscape, landscape, specimen tree/palm transplantation, site lighting, signage & irrigation, project wide testing/commissioning/handover.

As a Specialty subcontractor, BEG was responsible for ex*****on of the pool, installation of MEP system and equipment, testing/commissioning/handover. All Landscape & Irrigation works were also part of our Design/Build package that included beach works, specimen tree & palm transplantation, hardscape, landscape and irrigation.
