Today, we proudly celebrate our ISD Apprentices! 🎉👷🏽‍♀️👷🏽‍♂️

Through dedication, grit, and real hands-on experience, these remarkable young men and women have completed our Earn While You Learn Apprenticeship Program. They showed up every day ready to grow, ready to work, and ready to build. And build they did — not just structures, but confidence, skills, and a powerful sense of purpose.

From mastering construction techniques to understanding what it means to uphold safety and quality in the field, they proved that they are prepared to contribute to a stronger, better built Bahamas. 💪🏽🏗️🇧🇸

We are so proud of each and every one of them.

A sincere thank you to our partners at The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI). Together, we are investing in our youth — opening doors, creating pathways, and shaping the next generation of industry professionals.

This year, we welcomed 7 students from BTVI (The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute).
They came ready to learn.
They came ready to work.
And they grew every day.

The students gained hands-on training, teamwork, and job experience.
We believe in teaching the next generation.
We believe in giving young people real opportunities.
We are building more than land.
We are building futures.

Community First: ISD’s Back-to-School Initiative! 🎒

Island Site Development (ISD) proudly teamed up with Minister Moxey for an incredible back-to-school community initiative in Freeport, Grand Bahama! We were thrilled to provide hundreds of school bags to students gearing up for the new school year, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.

But we didn’t stop there! ISD also took this opportunity to support our community by collecting applications for skilled laborers, helping to build a brighter future together.

This event was a tremendous success, and we’re excited for more opportunities to give back and strengthen our community. Here’s to building a better tomorrow, one initiative at a time!
